FAIR CREDIT REPORTING
ACT - A federal law giving one the
right to see their credit report so that
errors may be corrected. A lender refusing
credit based on a credit report must inform
the buyer which company issued the report
and the buyer may see the report without
charge if refused credit.
In order to complete your loan transaction we will have to share your information with third party institutions. Here is the list of information and circumstances in which we do share your information:
- With appraiser and title companies and credit reporting agencies when they are involved with your loan process.
- With service providers that assist us with processes or functions. This includes offering you the choice to use overseas service providers for the purpose of processing of loans.
- When you specifically instruct us to forward your application to another lender that may be able to help you in the event we are unable to offer you a product that meets your needs.
During your loan process, we will communicate with you:
- As necessary to update you on the status of your accounts.
- During the loan process to complete your transaction.
- To assist you with your debt management or recommend loan products, which you may opt-out of when you first open an account or anytime you receive the E-LOAN email by clicking on the unsubscribe link.
